Campaign Manager (MY) - Fintech

Our client is Malaysia’s leading finance site and they are looking for an experienced Campaign Manager to provide strategic and executional leadership in marketing operations and client management.

You will help drive the company’s production and operations, using your initiative and creativity to support the expansion of our insurance business across the region. You will work directly with marketing, product, and sales to drive acquisition and engagement, and grow loyalty and awareness.

Responsibilities 
• Design, develop, and deliver digital marketing campaigns 
• Drive sales, creative, marketing, and content teams to define campaign objectives 
• Direct product, social media, SEM and call centre activity to deliver campaign objectives 
• Monitor campaigns, analysing and adjusting to improve performance 
• Write, edit and proofread copy for all promotional materials 
• Ensure brand values are adhered to in campaigns and in all communication channels 
• Deliver regular reports including web analytics and evaluation of KPIs 
• Maintain regular measurement of the ROI of campaigns 
• Capture client requirements and determine campaign direction 
• Manage client’s enquiries and deliver performance reports 
• Ensure accuracy and effectiveness of all marketing materials 
• Proactively provide ideas and collaborate on best practice 
• Provide performance data, case studies, and general reports 
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and issues

Skills and Experience 
• Relevant degree from a recognised university
• Years of digital marketing knowledge and experience  
• Strong project management and executional abilities 
• Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel skills 
• Strong planning and organisational skills with ability to successfully multi-task 
• Excellent judgment and creative problem solving skills 
• Highly meticulous. obsessed by customer satisfaction 
• Ability to influence and engage peers and build effective work relationships 
• Self-reliant, good problem solver, results oriented 
• Able to manage multiple projects, both tactical and strategic in nature, achieving both time and budgetary deadlines. 
• Insurance domain expert desirable, including concepts, processes and procedures; 
• Creative and analytical thinker, data driven, and at home working with numbers, metrics and spreadsheets; 
• Diplomat-level people management skills, ability to communicate and work effectively with stakeholders at all levels;
