Community Manager (SG) - University

Our client is a leading university in Singapore that has championed the start-up ecosystem with its various programmes, infrastructure and financial support.  They are currently in search of a Community Manager for their flagship start-up facility.


  • To strengthen & grow brand awareness

  • Manage events & activities to ensure vibrancy of the facility

  • Drive community engagement efforts

  • Drive growth communication activities

  • Manage communication channels

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the landscape


  • Degree holder with at least 3 years of relevant experience

  • Good knowledge of the Tech start-ups industry, prior experience in e.g. a Tech startup, VC, incubator, accelerator, etc.

  • Passionate about startup ecosystem

  • Prior experience in managing online marketing channels – e.g. website, social media, newsletter, etc.

  • Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills

  • Prior experience in organizing public events

  • Self-starter, able to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Prior experience in building a community is a plus
