Country Manager (HK) - Ecommerce
As a Country Manager, you will drive and oversee the Hong Kong market and manage the overall day-to-day activities. Not only that, you will get to partner closely with the founders and business vertical heads on partnership/marketing strategies and operational execution in line with the company’s vision.

Provide strategic and thought leadership for the market.
Drive collaborations with local strategic partners to improve brand health
Participate and represent the company at local events and shows as part of networking and brand building efforts
Build the growth engine through brand awareness, offline and online lead generation and conversion.
- Operational Management:
Manage the day-to-day operations and solve problems to deliver best-in-class customer satisfaction in a cost-efficient manner.
Recruit, lead and develop a rock-star team
Accountable to source, and the ongoing contractual management of external vendors and suppliers
Manage and monitor the allocation of resources to ensure performance against plan
Ensure cost efficiencies in all area of operations
Manage budget with P&L responsibilities
EDUCATION: Bachelor degree in any given discipline
EXPERIENCE: 5-8 years experience in a leadership role, preferably in the area of ECommerce , 2-sided platform or internet industry.
Very strong understanding of growth metrics and marketing ROIs.
Effective in diverse and multiple stakeholder engagement.
Familiar with business analytics and marketing research to drive business strategies especially for a ecommerce business.
Substantial skills in project management that enable the delivery projects on time and within budget
