Customer Advocacy Associate

They are looking for a motivated individual to join the team. You will be part of a dynamic founding team to identify and implement growth opportunities for your designated region in the Restaurant industry. You should be passionate about Customer Engagement and Satisfaction and have the zest to succeed!

This is a challenging role with lots of variety. This is a service-oriented company where you will play a leading role in launching the business in Singapore. Key areas include Restaurant & User Acquisition, Marketing and Delivery Operations.

Your Responsibilities Include:

● Being the voice of the company, and interact with our customers in a friendly, professional and personal way

● Having excellent analytical skills and know how to prioritise

● Developing lasting relationships and guiding customers on their food journey as a

trusted Advisor

● Continuously improving first contact resolution within established service levels

● Defining and driving better alignment with corporate objectives and meeting the growth needs of the company

● Defining communication strategy for frontline Customer Advocacy Associates

● Collaborating with other Associates to improve both internal and external communication around customer support

● Staying relevant on customer support operational standards, help desk methodologies, technical trends and innovations in the industry


To Be Successful For This Role:

● Have an entrepreneurial hands-on approach with a high tolerance for ambiguity

● Be efficient, assertive, and have agile decision-making skills

● Fantastic customer service skills, a positive attitude and highly organised

● Be analytical, structured and are self-disciplined to work independently within a fast-paced environment

● Have outstanding communication skills and a distinct sales acumen

● Fluent in English and 1 other mother tongue

● Computer literate
