Project Manager (SG) - Healthtech AI start-up

RESPONSIBILITIES 


The Project Manager is responsible for the overall planning, management, and completion of client implementation projects. This is a client-facing role and the individual will work closely with the Sales Team and Technical Team to manage the full project life cycle in which a successful customer implementation is achieved.

Solution Development and Delivery

  • Responsible for on-time, on-budget delivery for client implementations, working across stakeholders and team leads.

  • Provides necessary presentations and materials for the development, design, and systems integration for client engagement from definition phase through implementation, working with development team.

  • Reviews project documentation to ensure it meets the client’s requirement and conforms to quality management process, standards and procedures to minimise rework and system failures.

Technical Effort Management

  • Develop project plans, risk management plans and project milestones that establish clear roles and deliverables agreed upon by the client and development team.

  • Manage the implementation of the project on a daily basis with regard to schedules, budget, manpower and quality.

Communication

  • Facilitates team and client meetings effectively.

  • Holds regular status meetings with development team.

  • Provides regular project progress updates to project stakeholders, clients and internal management team

  • Builds relationships with client, technical staff and management to identify and resolve issues associated with systems implementation.

    REQUIREMENTS  

  • Degree or Diploma preferably in an engineering discipline.

  • At least 2-3 years of Project Management experience.

  • Proven track record as a Project Manager with at least 3 completed projects.

  • Shown ability to control scope creep and manage timelines.

  • Technical background with PMP Certification. Certified Scrum is an advantage. Six Sigma certification is an added bonus.

  • Understands complex integration efforts dealing with middleware, database, etc.

  • Understands technical architecture concepts and consistently applies them in client engagements.

  • Possesses significant knowledge of client/server and internet systems architectures.

  • Understands browser / client specific compatibility issues.

  • Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Team player with strong initiative, able to work autonomously to complete tasks.
