Digital Marketing Manager (SG) - InsurTech

Our Client is a leading eCommerce Enabler for Beauty, Body, Baby (BBB) sector in South East Asia. The company started its Singapore operations in 2015 and has >250 brand partners to-date including leading FMCG brands such as Kimberly Clark, Johnson & Johnson, Shiseido etc in Singapore and Malaysia with a couple more SEA markets planned for 2019.

 The company’s Insurtech division is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager with 3-5+ years of solid, hands-on digital marketing experience with a reputable tech firm or startup to drive the launch of its new, innovative mobile app. The ideal candidate would be one with a proven track record launching a new mobile app, product or service from ground up via growth hacks, digital marketing channels such as social media, SEO/SEM, paid marketing, mobile campaigns and successfully acquiring & growing customers.

 This role reports directly to the Head of Insurtech and the Senior Management team.  

Responsibilities:

  • Create brand awareness and increase profile of the mobile app by creating integrated online & offline marketing campaigns to drive adoption and generate sales.

  • Work closely with senior management, stakeholders, partners on new product launches.

  • Design marketing campaigns to increase web/app traffic, drive lead generation, conversion into paid customers and retention.

  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) 

Requirements / Qualifications:

  • 3-5+ years hands on digital marketing experience with a reputable tech company and/or startup.

  • Skilled in driving customer acquisition, demand-generation, engagement, retention programs across various online channels such as social media, email, influencer, mobile/app marketing, SEM, SEO.

  • Proven track record launching new products/businesses, managing digital marketing campaigns, driving customer acquisition and growth tactics.

  • Have a great understanding of Singapore and/or other SEA market, the digital landscape with a solid understanding of consumer behaviours in these markets/area.

  • Knowledgeable about growth strategies in terms of product, traffic acquisition, monetisation for both web and app.

  • Excellent people and communication skills; both spoken and written.

  • Ability to multi-task, manage competing priorities while maintaining a high degree of organization and calm.

  • Attention to detail and hands-on approach are necessary

  • Prior experience in/ or

    • Startups is mandatory

    • eCommerce (B2C, C2C, marketplace, ride sharing, fintech or insurtech)

    • Mobile or app marketing campaigns would be highly advantageous

    • Knowledge of insurance products a definite plus
