This is a unique opportunity for the right candidate to help one of Asia’s biggest eyewear brands on its quest to launch new markets, playing a crucial role in the social media marketing strategy.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Build high scale advertising campaigns through Facebook, Instagram, Search using multiple levers: audience, product, placement, creative, copy, video, bidding

  • Analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and suggest opportunities for improvement to the wider team

  • Optimize campaigns and adjust bids and budget based on direct response best practices

  • Problem solve and troubleshoot campaign performance by blending creativity and analytical skills

  • Adapt/be aware of campaign performance in real time and ready to make adjustments

  • A pro-active approach and motivation to show initiative to growing a direct-to-customer brand with social advertising

  • 3+ years of client side, performance advertising campaigns, ideally with a focus on paid social

  • Strong understanding of Google Analytics & Facebook Ads Manager in an e-commerce environment



  • At least 2 years’ experience in ad ops in an e-commerce environment, preferably with a social media focus

  • Experience with Facebook Business Manager Suite, Google Advertising suite

  • Proven track record in hitting KPIs with digital performance campaigns

  • Sharp eye for detail, a keen sense of pop culture, style, and aesthetics

  • Proactive attitude and a good communicator

  • Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines
