Head of Sales and Partnership (SG) - Fintech Series B Startup

 

Challenge the norm and lead the Sales and Partnerships team of a hyper-growth series B fintech startup!

You will build relationships with banks and non-financial partners across the Singapore market by developing truly value-added solutions and services that hardly exist today. Drive the company’s growth by increasing the number of clients and value of those clients over time while ensuring the successful delivery of marketing campaigns for clients.

As a leader, you will also be responsible for recruiting and mentoring a team that can execute market-leading business development and client relationship management activities.

This role will be based in Singapore.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Develop a vision and secure buy-in from across the business for the company’s banking relationships and market coverage

  • Secure bank partnerships & manage those relationships

  • Identify and champion the development of new value-add services for our customers

  • Develop annual and quarterly plans, budgets and objectives

  • Identifying additional monetization opportunities for the company

  • Responsible for revenue targets for banking products (excluding mortgages)

  • Hiring, coaching and managing account servicing team

  • Assist with development of banking-relevant online products.

 

Must-Haves:

  • At least 5 years of management experience

  • Digital Savvy (Experience in digital business)

  • MBA preferred

  • Knowledge of bank commercial sales cycle preferred.
