Marketing Manager (HK) - Ecommerce

As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for growing the brand and discovering the channels that allows them to attract and convert customers.

 

What you'll do:

  • Plan and execute campaigns to attract, convert and retain ideal customers in Hong Kong

  • Develop key online and offline partnerships for branding and acquisition through affiliates and events

  • Offline marketing responsibilities are not limited to partnerships, events, creative communications and public relations

  • Identify, evaluate, and assess strategic business opportunities via consumer and industry related market/data research and trends and platforms

  • Work closely with business development team to lead and develop the marketing strategy, operation, and KPI achievement aligned with business objectives for both short and long term goals

  • Oversee and manage the execution of marketing calendar plan and channel budgets

  • Regularly monitor and analyze performance metrics of marketing campaigns and build processes of increasing efficient return on marketing dollars through data-driven decision making

  • Work closely with the Country Manager and regional marketing team to drive the overall sales and orders across various business verticals

  • Directing key digital marketing initiatives while working with the global digital marketing team

  • Set goals and accountabilities and mentor team members to deliver on team objectives

  • At least 5 years of experience with a proven track record in growing a brand/business, preferably in the ecommerce space, marketing or public relations in Hong Kong

  • Experience leading digital campaigns resulting in reaching growth targets, meeting customer acquisition costs and retention rates

  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and presentation in English and Chinese
