Personal Assistant (SG) - Internet

Our client is one of the region’s leading digital investment corporation.

We are looking for a Personal Assistant to support the group CEO. Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible in a variety of tasks including organizing and maintaining his calendar and other administrative tasks.

This role will be key in providing the CEO ample opportunity to focus on the responsibilities of managing his portfolio of fast-growing companies knowing that other matters are handled efficiently and responsibly.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the calendar of the CEO, primarily assisting in organizing and prioritizing meetings and appointments with both internal and external parties

  • Organize travel and administration of CEO’s overseas trips

  • Process expense claims for the CEO and liaise with Finance in clarifying issues related to expenses

  • Manage logistics and administrative preparation for meetings (eg. distribution/printing of notes, booking of rooms etc

  • Provide high level of discretion in handling confidential personal matters

  • Ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

  • High level of pro activity, professionalism and efficiency.

  • Ability to multi task in a fast-paced dynamic environment 

  • Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication skills and strong ability to handle difficult and demanding people

  • Resourceful, quick thinker, problem solver

  • You should have a positive upbeat attitude, mature, poised and incredibly discreet in handling all matters

  • Willingness to go the extra mile to ensure tasks flawlessly executed

  • Diploma or Degree holder with previous experience in customer service catered to high net worth individuals or personal assistants to high profile individuals preferred.
