Project Manager (SG) - Vehicle Management Company
Our client is an aggregator vehicle management company that seeks to push the innovation agenda across the ecosystem - they are also a tech, logistics and payment gateway company. Their suppliers and business partners love them for their consultative approach and enabling them with a tech platform to increase business volume, outsource non-core activity, higher productivity and understand customer behavior through predictive data analytics. SG would be global headquarters now and the hub to manage South East Asia markets, they are hiring to accelerate the establishment here.
Role Summary: Being a Project Manager with our client means working across cross- cultural and multi– functional teams across different geographies. You need to translate strategic vision into progressive achievable tasks to meet business KPIs. The Project Manager is a pivotal role in an organization bridging the gap between users, business and technology. You will interact with all the stakeholders both internally, such as business, technical and sales, and externally, such as clients, partners and investors. Need to help define the project vision and turn this vision into an actionable roadmap based on customer or business needs, while supporting sales, marketing and engineering teams. The role reports to the CEO.
Project Planning, Coordination & Monitoring:
Manage workflows across team, create detailed schedules, set deadlines, and monitor each stage of the project.
Ensure that projects are delivered on-time, within scope, within budget and meet quality standards.
Coordinate internal resources and vendors for smooth operations of projects.
Track, measure, analyze and provide insights on project performance.
Risk monitoring and assessment to minimize project obstacles, as well as devising countermeasures when problems arise.
Liaise with and maintain healthy relationship with clients.
Do market analysis, abstract user requirement, prepare product requirement document, analyze user behavior data and communicate closely with Product team
Confidence in handling IT projects and understand software development lifecycle
Manage IP Licensing, with on the job training.
Ability to keep up with latest technologies, relating learning’s from other case references and applying it to the company’s workflows and preferences.
Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques
Report and escalate to management as needed
Proven working experience as a project administrator in the information technology sector
Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
Excellent client- facing and internal communication skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Solid organization skills including attention to detail and multi- tasking skills
Deep understanding of software development process and practices required.
Past experience working with project management tools.
