Regional General Manager (SG) - Ecommerce
Our client is a fast expanding e-commerce player with presence in several countries across Asia. Due to the span and breath of their business, they are hiring a regional leader that has deep experience in simultaneously managing high-growth and diverse markets particularly in the consumer technology space.
Ownership of overall business, sales revenue and profit target for the region.
Provide clear direction to the region and individual markets in the development of overall business strategy that covers sales, operations, marketing and product development
Strong management and leadership in deliverables of both short and long term target
Continuously build and strengthen organization through hiring, developing and engaging talent
Establish strong partnership with key internal and external partners.
Responsible for demand generation activities to grow the business
Degree from a reputable university.
At least 15 years of Business/Sales/Marketing experience preferably in the internet space
At least 5 years in a senior managerial role with P&L and multi-market responsibilities.
Strong organizational and people management experience. Proven leadership track record in recruiting, developing, engaging top talent.
Good understanding of product, brand and marketing demand generation activities. Proven success in delivering high growth and results
High adaptability skills, embraces ambiguity and change with optimism and positivity.
High sense of urgency and passion to win.
