Therese worked for Procter & Gamble for 24 years in Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, USA & UK, where most of her time was spent in Human Resources, focusing on Recruiting, Training and Development, Coaching and Mentoring, Talent Planning. She has Diploma in Coaching and NLP, as well as a Diploma in Counselling. Therese enjoys working one-on-one with people or teams, and helping them grow and develop to take on roles that challenge them to do better and be stronger as individuals and leaders. She sees everyone she meets and work with as an inspiration, always acknowledging their passion to learn and be better at what they do, no matter how hard it is for them to make changes.
