UI/UX Designer - Proptech Startup (SG)

UX-UI Designer

We are looking for a Full-time UX-UI Designer to help build the online presence of a fast growing startup in the real estate space.

The main responsibility involves improving the UX-UI by analysing current user journey and design new features.

Job Description

  • Conceptualise, visualise and design user experiences, working in highly collaborative & agile teams

  • Conduct & participate in product strategy workshops to facilitate ideation and prioritisation and help in product scoping and delivery planning

  • Write comprehensive information architecture, high fidelity mock-ups

  • Create prototypes and wireframes for complex user flows on mobile & web

  • Project-manage & present your work effectively; articulate the design decisions to the team

  • Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and fun-loving team culture!

Job requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Interactive Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Information Sciences, Communication Design

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience design across mobile, desktop, tablet, ideally for B2B, enterprise or SaaS applications

  • Experience across all phases of product design from ideation, user research, prototyping, design iteration and high-fidelity UI and specs.

  • Familiarity with human-centric design methodologies

  • Fluency in product design tools eg: Sketch, Zeplin, Adobe Suite, Azure with an interest in exploring new tools & processes

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating experience delivering a polished product

  • Demonstrated ability to work in small, focused teams to complete critical milestones under pressure with tight deadlines

  • Empathy for self and others

  • Excellent written, verbal and listening skills

  • Strong interdisciplinary, problem-solving skills

  • Passion for teaching, sharing with and learning from others to shape process

  • Enthusiasm for real estate, tech startups, online platforms – and a strong curiosity to learn!
