What You Will Be Doing:
Perform Innovation Activities:
Perform market research and analysis of customers, competitors, companies, voice-of-customers, customers’ pain points and requirements ...etc.
Translate inputs from customer research into business requirements for the design and development of prototype. Develop business cases for proposed solutions, products and services
Prioritize and manage the innovation funnel of ideas, opportunities and propositions based on market attractiveness and alignment to company’s branding
Develop strategic roadmap for the designated service and product lines
Monitor critical success factors for the service or product in line with the business plan
Manage ongoing and new projects from incubation of ideas to commercialization and post launch products and services
Conduct Internal Transformation Activities:
Plan and manage activities within the company to foster the culture of innovation and enhance knowledge sharing
Develop transformation initiatives to internally upgrade existing staff in terms of capabilities and mind-set change
Conduct External Engagement Activities:
Pursue co-innovation partnerships with other organizations and companies to co-create new products and services
Manage external relationships with key stakeholders of potential partners
Organize events and workshops to engage with relevant business communities
Perform Internal Reporting Activities:
Plan and organize regular business reviews with management team of sales companies
Prepare monthly report and update meeting with senior management
A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business or in an Analytical field
At least 2 years of experience in management consulting, business/market analysis, project management
Experience working directly with customers and working collaboratively with Sales and other functions to work through customer issues / requirements
Excellent in presenting and providing training to internal and external stakeholders
Ability to coordinate efforts with Sales, Engineering and Marketing and cross-functional departments to achieve positive end results
Strong project management and execution skills
Strong analytical, interpersonal and communications skills to build compelling business cases to win internal support for the new service line plans.
Excellent communication skills - written and verbal communications, and interpersonal skills in English and proven ability to prepare and deliver presentations both internally and externally.
Ability to work effectively and collaboratively within a team and across the APAC region internally and externally
Able to lead, develop and maintain respectful and trusting relationship
