Chief Revenue Officer (ID) - PropTech

About the role:

The Chief Revenue Officer position is responsible for all revenue generation processes by driving better integration and alignment between revenue-related functions which include marketing, sales, pricing, partnerships and revenue management.

This role will be based in Indonesia and the expected month to join is July 2019

What you’ll do:

  • End to end management of product creation, pricing strategies and execution, sales performance, advertising and promotion effectiveness, channel distribution effectiveness and delivery with the aim of customer satisfaction

  • Create outreach for current and potential customers and coordinate its implementation across sales channels, marketing and communications

  • Develop and implement robust sales management processes – pipeline, account planning, and proposals

  • Leverage customer research (quantity and quality) to provide strategic leadership for marketing initiatives and brand positioning

  • Establish both short-term results and long-term revenue strategy, including revenue forecasting

  • Monitor the revenue pipeline and leads to ensure sustainable growth

  • Monitor the strategies and processes across the revenue cycle from customer acquisition to engagement to success


  • Academics Master’s degree preferably with a Master of Business Administration (MBA), Management, Finance or Marketing

  • 12+ years’ experience with industry exposure in start-ups, property, or sales driven companies (FMCG, credit loan). Experience in leadership roles in sales, marketing and finance

  • Strategic thinking and process oriented

  • Customer success in mind

  • Financial modelling skills

  • Product development knowledge

  • Marketing programs and implementation

  • Understanding of the Indonesian culture, market and customers

  • Acceptable fluency in Bahasa Indonesia
