Country Manager (TH) - AdTech

Our client is a fast expanding influencer marketing startup with substantial venture backing. They are expanding to Thailand and looking to hire a Country Manager.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assume customary and relevant duties as GM

  • Develop and execute strategy & business plan for Thailand

  • Develop and execute marketing and branding activities across multiple stakeholders

  • Build, manage & lead the sales/account team to achieve target

  • Develop strong account relationships with large brands in our key focus sectors

  • Build a strong network of signed-up influencers

  • Hire, lead and coach key personnel

  • Manage the day to day operations

  • Meet the financial performance targets

  • Other assistance as mutually agreed


  • Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university or equivalent experience.

  • At least 8 years senior management experience, Ideally in Digital Media industry especially in a Publisher or Ad Network

  • Successful track record in leading and managing a newly starting/growing company

  • Strong network with the agency and brands. Demonstrated success in hunting, farming and managing partnerships

  • Deep understanding of Thai culture, language, customs and business practices

  • Strong ethical leadership, business planning, project management skills and experience with a driving, hands-on mindset during set-up
