Customer Success Lead (SG) - FinTech Startup

Our client is a Silicon Valley based Series A startup,  an artificial intelligence (AI) company using proprietary machine learning (ML) algorithms and diverse datasources to build high-performing predictive models which reduce risk and unlock credit to businesses. Their solutions have been deployed globally at Fortune 500 companies and large financial institutions. 

This is an outstanding opportunity to join a dynamic team which is expanding in Singapore to serve the rapidly growing Asian client base. You will be building the future of trade finance and SME lending using cutting-edge AI/ML techniques. We seek an ambitious and self-motivated individual to lead our customer success efforts in Asia. 

As a revenue driving role, this position will contribute significantly to the long-term growth of the company. 


Responsibilities 

  • Establish a trusted advisor relationship with customers and own these relationships

  • Post-sales: Project management, overseeing implementation processes, customer retention,customer expansion 

  • Pre-sales: Collaborate with sales, business development and technology teams to identify new revenue opportunities 

  • Demonstrated passion for interacting with customers and helping them succeed

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong interest in technology and continuous learning

  • Able to work autonomously and resourcefully in a fast-paced startup environment

Requirements 

  • Minimum 3-5 years work experience in a relevant field

  • Bachelor degree or higher with a strong academic record from a recognized university

  • Ideally you will have enterprise experience with a complex SaaS solution selling into finance organizations (e.g. corporate finance, treasury, banks) of Fortune 1000 companies
