Digital Marketing Lead (SG) - Fashion Retail
Our client is a home-grown fashion retail brand headquartered in Singapore. They have set up stores in the region and are looking to expand their business further through e-commerce and digital marketing.
Our client is looking for a digitally savvy multi-tasker with a strong marketing background, to be responsible for planning marketing and communications strategy; and delivering a consistent and seamless messaging across all of our client’s digital touch points (e.g. E-commerce, EDM, Social, Site marketing, SEM, SEO).
This position will require the ability to operate on both strategic and tactical levels, translating creative vision to delivery. This person is both data driven (particularly ROI, to deliver traffic, revenue to measure marketing performance) and creative (particularly in programming to engage existing and new customers to the brand)
Digital & Performance Marketing
Plan and oversee the delivery of monthly SMM content/program
Ensure the most effective digital presentation of the brand, providing an experience that is consistent with our brand standards, aesthetic and voice
Responsible for driving qualified traffic to our website and on all key platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Google Adwords, Wechat etc).
Plan and deliver all digital marketing and advertising campaigns, including Display advertising, SEO, SEM and SMM.
Plan and monitor digital marketing budget and report efficiently on campaign performance, forecasts, ROI, purchasing patterns and website traffic
Evaluate and recommend digital partnership opportunities
Coordinating the development of key strategic assets using internal resources and external agencies that includes the integration of several third party technologies (e.g. email marketing, and analytical software)
Oversee the delivery of the brand’s bi-monthly product/campaign launches
Overseeing website UX and UI design, working closely with creative director and external web agency to improve conversions as well as customer service related tasks
Working closely with the CRM team, oversee the customer strategy, accelerating the in-store/wholesale/e-commerce programmes (including ambassadors and product testing)
new store openings and experiences.
Oversee the delivery of the brand’s bi-monthly EDM
Develop CRM strategies and implement digital persona clusters
Review and improve the automation marketing flow across various touch-points over the entire marketing flow: from traffic acquisition, to retention, to final conversion and post-purchase engagement
Manage all social media channels whilst developing clear strategy to drive engagement and acquisition, building awareness and supporting growth.
Plan seasonal campaigns around key marketing moments which can be implemented across all channels.
Report concisely on each channel’s performance on a weekly and monthly basis in-line with the business.
Answer any customer service inquiries swiftly and promptly.
Identify emerging channels and keep abreast of any key industry developments.
The Ideal Candidate
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business
3-5 years in similar capacity: brand, retailer, or agency with a strong focus on communications and content
Experienced in digital marketing with a creative & entrepreneurial mindset, strong sense of urgency and drive for results (acquisition, conversions, ROI).
Direct experience executing channel strategies is preferred as well as someone who is an effective communicator and presenter
Have good understanding of all aspects of digital marketing, optimization practices and analytics, (e.g. display, re-targeting, social)
Analytical and have the ability to deep dive data and translate into actionable recommendations
Monitor the latest trends in digital marketing, including advertising formats, channels and technologies in order to improve campaign performance and provide recommendations
Organized with the ability to self-manage through project managing skills in making tight deadlines across team
Hands-on, flexible, and comfortable working collaboratively with different departments
