Director of Product (PH) - MedTech
Our client is currently seeking a Director of Product with experience supporting a global company to join their technology team. Our client is a health tech company that’s developed and deployed the first scalable, distributed medical imaging software designed for affordable access around the world. They work with large healthcare chains, public health systems and group practices to scale their business operations seamlessly without the pain or cost of legacy medical imaging software.
The ideal candidate should be highly driven, self-motivated and truly excited about having a meaningful impact within the company. You would be a firm believer in well-balanced hands-on leadership you're possessed by a passion to develop a strong product management team and influence to oversee cross-functional efforts to deliver a common product vision. You connect all the dots, finding patterns and uncovering user and customer needs by combining qualitative research with hard quantitative data to deliver a customer-obsessed product.
This role will be based in the Philippines office with the founding team for the first year of service.
Build, lead, coach, and mentor a regional team of product managers, product designers, UX
researchers, and analysts.
Build and maintain genuine Product Culture that incorporates best practice across product
planning, customer discovery, product discovery, and product development.
Lead annual and quarterly planning activities for the team
Develop annual product roadmaps to provide a balance of business needs and
customer/consumer experience priorities within the context of delivering the company’s strategic
Lead ideation, development, launch, and iteration of approaches to improve revenue and user
experience for our site across desktop, mobile, and apps.
Ensure market and competitor analysis are factored into product strategies.
Engage and influence stakeholders through constant evangelism to build. cross-functional buy-in
and commitment to a shared product vision and strategy
Manage the broader product lifecycle process, from identifying user needs, planning the
business case for creating products and services that are valuable, usable and feasible.
12+ years product management experience in consumer-facing technology platforms.
8+ years people leadership experience
Expert in agile, product planning, customer discovery, product discovery, and product
Localised understanding or interest of the healthcare industry and challenges
Understanding of modern architecture and design principles and development methodologies
Has a heart and desire to serve the community, and build products that make a difference in the lives of families
