Director (SG) - Consulting

The company helps organizations across a variety of industries and functions around the world to achieve better business outcomes through successful planning transformations.

Rapidly expanding across Asia, they are looking for a Sales Director to manage the business and operations in Singapore.

Candidate Profile

As the Director overseeing the business operations, we are looking for an individual with:

  • Management experience leading and motivating sales and consulting teams.

  • Some business operations background.

  • Experience working in a technology consulting company, with proven project and client management skills.

  • Excellent sales background especially selling to mid and large-sized enterprises in Singapore with experience in managing consulting sales teams.

  • Proven ability in upselling of services to clients across different industries.


We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate:

  • 8-10+ years in a relevant business position, likely a senior manager managing a professional services business involving the delivery of technology solutions.

  • Good experience and knowledge of planning and modelling technology with finance, sales operations, supply chain and other business areas.

  • Experience in multi-dimensional corporate performance management tools.

  • Degree from a reputable university.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • A passion for the technology, being highly curious about its use and ability to ramp up skills rapidly.
