Growth Marketing Manager (HK) - eCommerce Retail
Our client is a popular eCommerce platform that has both an online and offline presence. Since launching in November 2011, the company has attracted over 2,000,000 members and has been featured in The New York Times, New York Magazine, Vogue, and GQ.
Our client is seeking someone to lead Direct Marketing to help drive the acquisition of new customers via online and offline channels. This role will support initiatives including online acquisition, specific re-targeting initiatives, affiliate marketing, and growth in our social network audiences. We are seeking someone with experience across multiple channels. This person is data oriented and can run deep SQL queries, build and present models as well as the best of them and make recommendations on new initiatives.
Oversee and manage all customer acquisition
Uncover new pockets of growth in targeting users online
Support growth initiatives that could increase existing conversion
Coordinate with online marketing partners to maintain fresh campaigns and content
Analyze all aspects of our current user set to identify key areas of opportunity
Work directly with web and marketing to implement efforts in a timely manner
Run A/B tests and target a 6 month payback period or less per channel
Strong work ethic, intellectual curiosity, and commitment to continuous improvement
Must be very rigorous and able to understand attribution analysis
Proficient in SQL
Ability to analyze data, model and understand user problems to identify key opportunities for improvement
Ability to work well in teams and have a sense of humor
