HR Manager (HK) - eCommerce Retail
Our client is looking for an Administration and Human Resources Manager experienced and passionate in engaging people and managing office operations. The Administration and Human Resources Manager is both a strategic and hands-on role that provides full cycle Human Resources support to our Hong Kong office. The successful candidate will render services in all aspects of administration and human resources management which include but not limited to talent acquisition and development, employee engagement and office administration, etc.
This position will report to the Chief Operating Officer and will be part of a team that deeply cares for one another, works harmoniously together and all share in the values of the company and desire to be the best in the world -- all while ensuring we are having fun!
Handle full spectrum of human resources functions including recruiting, selecting, orienting, coaching, counselling and disciplining staff
Liaise with internal and external parties for recruitment activities and identify effective recruitment channels
Manage office administrative support such as procurement of office supplies, office renovation, maintenance and arrange various entertainment for the company
Communicate with all suppliers, such as telephone, internet, medical insurance, etc
Responsible for formulating and improving various administrative systems and processes, and responsible for promoting implementation
Work closely with all department managers on issues relating to human resources and administrative support
Perform ad hoc assignments as assigned by the management
Degree in Human Resources Management / Business Administration or related disciplines
Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience
Well-versed in Employment Ordinance and other statutory requirements
Good communications & interpersonal skills
Responsible, self-motivated, proactive, good team player and detail-minded.
Able to handle multi-tasks and meet deadlines
Mature, flexible and independent with high level of proactiveness
Strong computer skills and proficiency in spoken and written Chinese and English
Immediate availability is highly preferred
