Marketing Manager (SG) - Fashion Retail

We’re looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Marketing Manager to run a fast-growing company in the business of retailing and distributing premium fashion brands in Singapore, regional and global markets.

Responsibilities:

  • Building Brands

  • Develop and execute holistic marketing strategies, and growth initiatives end-to-end for all retail channels that will build and increase awareness of brands, acquire new customers and increase loyalty with existing ones through relevant and effective use of digital and CRM tools

  • Develop and implement the national marketing calendar

  • Direct and support sales and business teams in the holistic, 360 executions of product launches, digital initiatives, in-store and pop-up engagement activities

  • Manage and maintain effective budget controls on marketing activities

  • Set clear objectives and strategies for field implementation

  • Evaluate effectiveness of marketing campaigns and efforts using a variety of analytic tools to provide actionable insights to drive decision-making

  • Develop PR relations and strategy to improve brand equity

  • Develop and oversee a strong CRM strategy to acquire new customers and encourage loyalty

  • Develop a unified communication strategy to bring together different channels such as search, social, emails etc for a more holistic customer acquisition journey in an omni-channel environment

  • Research and experiment with new communication channels with potential customers

  • Social media management

  • Engage in business analysis and sales forecasting to drive and exceed business goals and KPIs in an omni-channel, multi-channel, multi-country environment

  • Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders such as retailers and strategic partners including but not limited to, digital and social media agencies to push the boundaries in creating new, exciting consumer and brand experiences that seamlessly blend the in-store and online worlds into one unique and memorable experience

  • Lead, motivate and facilitate growth of team members through role-modelling and performance feedback

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of experience in marketing, brand management, digital marketing

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Technologies or related fields

  • Experience with defining and launching successful marketing campaigns, sales optimization programs and website analytics

  • Possess business savviness to interface with all levels and disciplines within the organisation

  • Experience and knowledge of marketing best practices

  • Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills with the ability to organize information in a high level way to communicate key points to stakeholders

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high pressure environment, and work on multiple priorities

  • Strategic but also able to drive tactics and execution i.e. willing to get your hands dirty and get the job done

  • A leader who enjoys working in teams and cross functions to realise common goals and objectives in a positive and energetic manner

  • A multi-tasker with the ability to juggle multiple projects and prioritise in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment

  • Creative and imaginative, yet meticulous with a keen eye for details

  • Flexible and agile, you are also highly adaptable to be effective in new situations

  • Unafraid to challenge the status quo, you are passionate about marketing metrics and process improvements

  • Highly independent and proactive, with demonstrated ability in solving complex problems
