Role Overview:

  • Support the Head of Sales & Marketing and Business Development Lead in the preparation and scoping of deals, sales decks and other relevant materials

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service

  • Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on product features

  • Follow and achieve department’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis

  • Be always knowledgeable on products offered and able to discuss available options

  • Process POS (point of sale) purchases where needed

  • Cross sell products for coworking, events, and CI where appropriate

  • Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service pre and post sales

  • Build productive trust relationships with customers

  • Suggest ways to improve sales (e.g. planning marketing activities, changing the site design)
