Partnership & Business Development Manager (SG) - Healthtech AI start-up

By creating the most advanced artificial intelligence capable of making accurate predictions years into the future, the company aims to apply its predictive engine to all aspects of the healthcare industry, to help patients, providers, caregivers and payers manage patients throughout the lifecycle of their diseases at lower costs.

We seek to hire a Business Analyst / Project Manager to support the CEO and complement our team of seasoned engineers and data scientists. This is a hybrid, client-facing role and the individual will work closely with various teams to manage the full project life cycle, from Pitching to POC and Production.


Business Development

  • Supports in the identification of new sales leads and business opportunities

  • Plans and prepares presentations for pitching products/services and POCs

  • Develops marketing material and initiatives

  • Supports in negotiating pricing, contracts, NDAs and service agreements

Project Management

  • Responsible for on-time, on-budget delivery for client implementations, working across stakeholders and team leads.

  • Assists Head of Delivery in developing project plans and milestones that establish clear roles and deliverables agreed upon by the client and development team.

  • Provides necessary presentations and materials for the development, design, and systems integration for client engagement from definition phase through implementation, working with development team.

  • Responsible for reporting meeting minutes to be shared with client for signoff.

Client Services

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships

  • Manage the implementation of the project on a daily basis with regard to schedules, budget, manpower and quality.
