Partnership Lead (SG) - Digital Lab

Be in the center of innovation with a Digital Lab of a local conglomerate. As Business Development & Partnership Lead, you will build partnerships and drive the company’s growth.


  • Build relationships with existing partners and establish a pipeline of new partners

  • Develop, manage and lead partnerships to bring the products to the consumer market 

  • Pilot and validate new partnership ideas and business models

  • Partner with product owners to integrate partners onto the platform in order to realise the value of these partnerships 

  • Leverage these effective partnerships to achieve exponential growth in acquisition and monetization

  • Negotiate and close deals

  • Monitor and optimise partnership deals to maximise engagement and overall ROI


  • BA/BS degree and/or MBA qualification 

  • More than 5 years of business development experience in consumer internet space of technology, commerce or lifestyle brands

  • Strong analytical and synthesis skills

  • experience building partnerships from inception through to execution with solid know-how of structuring different partnership commercial models.

  • Ability to drive projects and teams, cross organizationally, realizing high quality, well communicated, predictable outcomes

  • Proven team member who can create a trusted relationship/partnership with sales, engineering, and product teams, as well as customers and partners

  • Self-motivated with a true passion for building new businesses and willing to approach projects with a can-do attitude
