Principal Product Manager (Dubai) - Property Tech

Our client is a leading Series B Property Tech based in Dubai which facilitates real estate transactions all over the Middle East. You will be working with an international team of professionals in Dubai - well-known for its tax-free status and cosmopolitan lifestyle. The Role

You will be responsible for developing a deep understanding of their partner Real Estate brokers’ needs to create new offerings that will serve the brokers, delight customers and also advance the company commercially. The ideal candidate is a seasoned, commercially savvy and strategic minded Product Manager who has owned core revenue generating products. They also have an excellent track record of delivering material revenue growth.


  • Develop a product strategy and roadmap to improve broker offerings

  • Define, report on and improve their core broker offering metrics

  • Spend time with the Sales Team and brokers to build an in-depth understanding of their businesses to understand their pain points and core needs

  • Identify commercial and monetisation opportunities and quickly build experiments to validate new offerings

  • Own the implementation of pricing and packaging for broker products

  • Being aware of the best­-of-­breed commercial strategies of the different Real Estate portals of the world, and develop a point of view on how that applies to our client

  • Gather market insights and a strong understanding of competitor offerings to leverage the best ideas available and enable us to defend against competitive threats

  • Work in close collaboration with other functions of the company to gain feedback on the efficacy of our offerings in the market and maximise out impact on the market


  • 6 - 10 years experience in a commercial Product Management role with material revenue responsibility

  • Excellent B2B digital product development experience with a large and growing audience

  • Possess excellent experience in implementing modern methodologies to rapidly develop innovative products that delight customers and drive growth

  • Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management capabilities
