Regional Product Lead (SG) - HR Tech

You will be the Regional Product Lead, leading a team of product managers and working closely with the engineering team to build a superior product experience for users. You will be reporting directly to the CEO and be part of the core management team to chart strategic direction and growth. You shall co-create the product vision with the founders and take charge of driving the overall product roadmap to contribute towards our client’s corporate strategy.
Being the first senior product hire, you will enjoy tremendous freedom and trust to build the product department from scratch. You will recruit, train and groom product managers and product designers into top performers.
Under your able leadership, a strong product culture will be instilled in the company. The team will relentlessly test, learn and innovate rapidly to mitigate any risks. As a result of true collaboration with designers and engineers, you and your motivated product team will continuously churn out great products.
