Retail Operation/Store Manager (HK) - eCommerce Retail

The Retail Operation/Store Manager is responsible for achieving sales goals, meeting merchandising brand standards and delivering operational excellence through effectively leading the retail sales team. The stores will primarily be located in Hong Kong.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for day-to-day operation of the stores and ensure the achievement of sales targets, KPIs and operational efficiency Lead, supervise and train the team to deliver excellent customer services, solicit customer feedback and understand customer needs

  • Train, develop and coach the associate team; provide appropriate level of performance feedback to increase confidence and capability

  • Drive and lead accurate stock management and timely implementation of seasonal updates and events in line with the Brand, Space, Store Presentation and Marketing principles

  • Build customer loyalty through in-store experience, utilization of social media and email capture

  • Oversee renewal of window and in-store displays in line with directives from the Brands & Corporation

  • Motivate and inspire the team by communicating a compelling vision and purpose which encompasses the company’s Core values

  • Support other retail operations, logistics and projects of the company


Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in retail with at least 3 years in management role, preferably in Fashion, and Watch & Tech Accessories business

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Passionate in the retail industry

  • Strong leadership, excellent interpersonal & communication skills

  • Proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
