Sales & Account Management Manager (SG) - Software
Here is a chance to be part of the pioneer team of a software company servicing the financial industry! With their HQ in the UK, our client is looking to strengthen their newly set up office in Singapore with a Sales & Account Management Manager to lead regional sales and expand their business in the SEA region.
As the Sales & Account Management Manager, you will be working with major financial institutions to identify possible ways of cooperation, helping them to improve their user experience and create new revenue streams. As part of the Global Sales & Account Management team, there will be opportunities to work on global projects and drive opportunities in the region while helping the company tailor its offering to the ever-changing market expectations.
Develop and implement strategic and operational plans for each prospect with the goal of turning them into a client.
Oversee the sales process through all its stages from lead generation to calls, meetings, workshops, documents, memos, RFPs and proposal generation as well as negotiations and deal signing and furthering relations post contract signing and into after-sales.
Build relationships with existing customers, providing account management, communication and coordination, facilitating involvement of management and relevant stakeholders in the process
Support ongoing projects and participate actively in the resolution of escalations and disputes.
Help and support in professional execution of plans, campaigns, projects, ensuring high quality of deliverables and lasting relations and partnerships.
Develop and achieve sales targets either directly or through new or existing sales partners
Manage and work with company’s sales partners when applicable.
Collaborate with the marketing and product team to improve collaterals, create press releases and contribute to marketing materials.
Attend industry events and conferences representing the company
Help with establishment of new business opportunities and revenue streams through analytics, business expansion and setup of partnerships.
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or Economics with a minimum of 5 years experience in IT or Strategy Consulting and or Software Sales
Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin
Solution-oriented, self-driven and ability to work under time pressure
Experience in sales to financial institutions in the region is a plus
Candidates with technical background and experience in the banking industry is preferred
