Regional Launcher (SG) - EdTech

Our client is an award-winning EdTech startup with offices based in London and Sydney. On the fast track of becoming a global Edtech leader, they are looking for a highly-motivated and self-driven Regional Launcher to lead the next phase of expansion in Asia. Their SaaS platform connect teachers, students and parents to improve teaching and learning in schools. Currently, international schools in over 30 countries are avid users of their product. 

 

Role

Reporting directly to the International Head, you will personally own and drive the acquisition of new sales in Asia. You are an ambitious individual who can leverage and expand upon their existing networks of UK institutions and International schools to grow the clientele base.  You are passionate about education and inspired to join a category-defining startup in the EdTech space. 

 

Responsibilities

  • To sell our client’s award-winning SaaS platform to schools and educational institutions in Asia.

  • Able to engage prospective clients remotely and open to frequent travelling to close deals.

  • Define and co-ordinate a focussed Go-to-market strategy to achieve monthly and annual sales goals.

  • Follow up on incoming leads and generate new business opportunities.

  • Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of business to support aggressive expansion plans.

  • Provide accurate and timely forecasts to support planning and decision making.

  • Synthesise the needs of the market by providing concise feedback to the product team so they can continuously meet the market’s changing demands.

  • Represent our client as the brand ambassador at events and conferences within the Education and EdTech industries in Asia.

Skills

  • Minimum 3 Years of experience in Edtech or SaaS 

  • Proficient in using CRMS and other sales tools   

  • Fast learner with a positive and can-do attitude

  • Armed with the mental agility to rise above ambiguity and rapid changes both in the marketplace and within the company 

  • Visionary in creating solutions and embracing opportunities to navigate the right course of action
