Senior Customer Service (SG) - FinTech

Our client is a MAS-licenced Digital Wealth Manager which helps their clients build personalised ETF-based, globally diversified portfolios. They are a well-funded early stage startup which is made up of industry leaders in different sectors such as finance, technology and e-commerce.

The Senior Customer Service is the first point of contact their clients and is responsible for answering clients’ queries.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading the client service team

  • Provide assistance to client-facing difficulties in technical issues, onboarding queries as well as questions on company’s product and services

  • Collaborate and follow up with relevant departments to solve client’s problems

  • Assist in marketing events

  • Ad hoc matters

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Banking and Finance, Marketing or Business preferred, candidates with relevant experiences with no qualifications are welcome

  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience

  • Good verbal and written English communication skills

  • Customer-oriented

  • Able to work well in a team

  • Good analytical skills

  • Candidates with good written and spoken Mandarin are preferred
