VP Enterprise Sales (SG) - SaaS Startup

Our client is a startup technology company with a fully integrated customer engagement and loyalty SaaS solution. The are looking  for a creative, strategic-thinking and highly driven VP Enterprise Sales  to lead, develop and grow the sales team.

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for driving new business growth across the region, optimize and manage sales processes and structure to maximize revenue.


Job description

  • Set and achieve monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets according to company goals

  • Plan, build, develop, manage and lead all sales teams and their supporting functions

  • Analyze and interpret key metrics, recommend changes, and drive continuous improvement; develop data-driven analyses to optimize resources and ensure that business plans can be translated into financial value

  • Manage the sales forecast to ensure accurate data is provided to the executive team, company, and board

  • Build and leading a high performing sales team to hit ambitious ever-growing targets

  • Forge strategic alliances with organizations across the ecosystem


Requirements

  • 12+ years of enterprise software sales experience, including 3+ years in managing a SaaS sales team

  • Experienced taking a company or territory through a revenue ramp, ideally from early traction to $20M ARR and beyond

  • Proven ability to scale an organization, including experience building sales infrastructure and operations in a high-growth environment (systems rollout; lead generation programs; pipeline management; sales analytics; contract development; comp plans)

  • Strong SaaS sales background

  • History of overachieving targets in a SaaS, market leading technology

  • Strong expertise working and managing a CRM – reporting and dashboards

  • Experienced in mid-market and large enterprise transaction negotiations

  • Strong executive presence - experience selling to C-level and head of business/P&L stakeholders

  • Knowledge of marketing technology ecosystem is highly desired

  • Ability to embrace and understand uncertainty, chaos and a fast pace start-up culture
