FAQs

  • We encourage you to refer someone you know personally or have experienced working with, as you will need to provide us with the reason for why you think your referral is suitable for the job referred.

  • Browse through our featured jobs to understand the requirement and click on the button “referring someone” to fill up the referral form. Upon receiving the information, we will be cross checking our system to confirm that the referee is not currently in our database. Thereafter, we will contact the referee to continue the application process. Once they are hired and passed the company's stipulated probation period, we shall email the referrer and make payment for the redeemable reward.

  • For the referral to be eligible for the reward, the referee should not already be in ConnectOne's database.

  • Referrer will be notified via email only if the referee they submitted is NOT liable for the referral reward. There will not be any update on the recruitment progress until (and if) the referee is hired and passes the employer's probation period.

  • No. In fact, you can refer multiple candidates to the same jobs, or refer the same candidate to different jobs where appropriate.

  • Once your referee has passed the probation period of the job secured via ConnectOne* , we will be using Paypal to send the reward directly to your Paypal account. You should receive a notification email via Paypal once you receive the payment.

  • No. We welcome international referrers.

  • We will honour the first person who refers the candidate.

  • You will get the referral reward if the referee gets hired within 3 months from the date of submission ( provided the referee is liable for the reward).

  • No but you can apply instead.

  • Yes, but bear in mind that, there should be a relevant reason for referring the same candidate to each job.

  • Yes, but bear in mind that we are expecting different individual-specific reason for their fit to the job.

  • At the moment, paypal is our only payout channel. You may sign up here.

  • We will process the reward via paypal using Singapore dollars. For currency conversion rate, please check on paypal website.

  • ConnectOne will process the reward using Singapore Dollars. If your PayPal account is not in Singapore Dollars, there may be a fee involved. Please refer to PayPal for the transactional fee.

  • You will receive an email from paypal to create an account to receive the reward.
