Q: Which coaching service is most suitable for me?

The Starter Coaching Call is an introductory call for professionals who would like to explore the startup ecosystem as the next step for their careers. The Full Career Coaching Package is recommended for those who are ready to take concrete actions towards moving into the startup ecosystem.

Q: What happens after the coaching session is made?

A confirmation email with a Zoom meeting link will be sent to you.

Q: How early in advance do I need to book the session?

At least 24 hours in advance.

Q: What happens if I am late for the session?

The session will be released after 15mins. You will need to contact your career coach to reschedule. (Elena: elena.chow@connectone.com.sg)

Q: What should I do if I face a technical error prior to the session?

Please contact your assigned coach at their email address.

Q: Am I able to reschedule or cancel the session?

There is strictly no cancellation once confirmation has been made. Rescheduling should be made at least one day in advance. Do reach out to your career coach.
