Account Executive/ Sales Development Representative
Our client is a technology startup that focuses on cybersecurity solutions for SMEs as well as enterprises in the social services and healthcare sector and they are looking for an account executive/ sales development representative (SDR) to join their team.
As an SDR, you will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating new business opportunities, and managing leads through the sales pipeline working closely with senior management to achieve sales objectives.

Responsibilities
Work closely with senior management to Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities
Manage sales process from contacting and qualifying potential customers, set appointments, follow up on leads and tracking progress.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets
Use customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage leads and sales activities
Stay up-to-date on market trends, competition, and industry developments
Build relationships and generate leads
Requirements and skills
1-3 years of experience in sales development, sales operations and customer service
Well versed in using customer relationship management (CRM) software
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients
Good problem-solving and negotiation skills
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
