Account Executive (SG) - HR Tech [23R03]

Our client is building the #1 tech-enabled recruitment and career discovery platform in SEA that helps people and organizations realize their human potential.

They are looking for a highly-driven Account Executive to join their Commercial team, and drive revenue through the acquisition of new job vacancies in the Singapore SMB segment. This will be achieved by acquiring new accounts, increasing the wallet share of existing accounts, and collaborating with service teams to maintain a high level of client satisfaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be hunting leads and farming existing clients, measured by the number of newly acquired jobs from both books and the revenue from Startups and SME clients. The role will demand face-to-face interaction and expect you to build valuable relationships with clients at various levels.

In this role, you will:

  • Grow the business by acquiring new hiring partners, measured by total newly acquired companies, jobs, and revenue from new clients.

  • Grow the business by expanding the share of wallet from existing clients, measured by total new jobs and revenue from existing clients.

  • Cross-sell various products and services across our offices within Southeast Asia.

  • Collaborate with the Sales Development team to effectively acquire the requisite number of leads.

  • Collaborate with the other sales teams, such as Recruiters and Product Marketing, to effectively meet the company’s strategic objectives in terms of sales, profit, and growth targets.

  • Present strategic recommendations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to senior leadership, board members, and other stakeholders to communicate strategic recommendations, insights, and progress updates.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Min. 1 year of working experience in B2B service sales and/or account management.

  • Independent self-starter with a proven track record of exceeding or high achievements in individual targets in terms of closing deals and gaining revenue, either in sales, account management, or similar functions.

  • Great organisational skills with the ability to prioritise, and is able to forecast accurately (at least 2 quarters ahead).

  • High attention to detail, ability to dig deep and discover client’s needs, possess a process and solution-oriented mindset.

  • Someone who identifies as being a hunter, who loves winning and earning high commissions.

  • The ability to speak Hokkien or Cantonese will be advantageous due to the need to communicate with Hokkien or Cantonese-speaking customers.

  • It will be a bonus if you have prior experience in recruitment, but not mandatory.
