In recent years, it has expanded into the flexible work and fintech domains, launching a gig economy platform that supports on-demand jobs, as well as introducing earned wage access and payroll financing tools. These new offerings reflect the company’s broader vision: to bridge workforce solutions with financial empowerment, helping both workers and businesses thrive in a rapidly evolving economy.

Reporting directly to the CEO, the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) will oversee and scale the company’s commercial operations including Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, Marketing, Partnerships, and Business Development, across key Southeast Asian markets.
You will be responsible for defining and executing the company’s revenue and partnership strategy across its suite of workforce and gig economy platforms. This includes aligning commercial initiatives with corporate objectives while driving customer satisfaction, strategic alliances, and long-term growth.
As a key member of the executive team, you will lead and empower a cross-functional commercial organization to deliver market-leading performance, deepen client relationships, and cement the company’s position as a top player in the region’s evolving employment and flexible work landscape.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Drive Sales Objectives & Achieve Business Growth
· Define and execute revenue strategies to achieve growth and profitability targets.
· Lead regional sales planning, forecasting, and performance management across Singapore and Malaysia.
· Build and deepen strategic partnerships with key clients, government agencies, and industry associations.
· Develop commercial frameworks that balance growth, scalability, and operational sustainability.
2. Build and Lead a High-Performing Team
· Coach and mentor commercial leads to achieve revenue and retention goals.
· Foster a data-driven, performance-oriented, and collaborative culture.
· Champion talent development and succession planning within commercial teams.
· Drive cross-market collaboration to align teams under shared goals and customer outcomes.
3. Strengthen Operational Excellence and Commercial Systems
· Enhance account management and customer support processes to improve retention and portfolio growth.
· Institutionalize best practices and systems in sales enablement and client lifecycle management.
· Oversee marketing and growth initiatives, including campaigns, content, and employer engagement.
· Lead flagship brand events to drive visibility and acquisition.
· Improve CRM and analytics frameworks for forecasting accuracy and actionable insights.
4. Align Commercial Strategy with Company Goals
· Ensure alignment between commercial strategy, financial planning, and product development.
· Drive collaboration between commercial, product, and operations teams to deliver mission-driven outcomes.
· Represent company externally with partners, media, and industry stakeholders to strengthen its market position and brand leadership in workforce innovation.
REQUIREMENTS
10+ years of experience in recruitment, HR tech, or workforce solutions, including at least 5 years in Singapore with regional exposure in Malaysia or Southeast Asia.
Proven success leading commercial teams across Sales, Marketing, Account Management, Client Success, or Business Development.
Strong network and experience working with government or public-sector partners.
Demonstrated track record in scaling teams, systems, and revenue operations for growth.
Strategic and analytical mindset with operational agility and execution strength.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and people-leadership skills.
