Based in Singapore, the role reports directly to the CEO and spans across corporate strategy, special projects, and investments, including active involvement in the CEO’s family office. It’s a unique opportunity for a strategic operator who thrives on both big-picture thinking and hands-on execution.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Serve as a trusted advisor and execution partner to the CEO on corporate strategy, cross-border initiatives, and business transformation efforts.
Lead and deliver special projects in collaboration with senior stakeholders, including but not limited to market expansion, operational strategy, and tech/innovation pilots.
Oversee investment-related activities for the family office—sourcing, evaluating, and managing investment opportunities, and coordinating with the investment committee.
Align C-suite and Board stakeholders across initiatives, balancing strategic priorities with pragmatic execution.
Conduct in-depth research and financial analysis to surface and shape high-impact, value-creating opportunities.
REQUIREMENTS
8-10 years of experience in commercial, consulting, corporate finance, or investment roles.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects, ideally with regional or cross-border scope.
Exceptional skills in Excel and PowerPoint for analysis, storytelling, and stakeholder communication.
Self-directed and hands-on, with the ability to operate independently while building alignment.
Smart, curious, and humble—with the cultural sensitivity to operate effectively in a SEA corporate environment.
Willing to travel regionally every 6–8 weeks.
