Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, you will lead a team focused on achieving ambitious growth targets. Responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies for Singapore, Malaysia, and potential future markets. As a sales leader, you will mentor and develop team members, ensuring exceptional service to employers and establishing our platforms as leading solutions. Collaboration with General Managers and Product and Engineering Heads is essential to ensure the development of market-centric products.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • 1.     Achieve Business Goals & Drive Sales Objectives

    a.     Develop and grow customer base

    b.     Sales planning to achieve revenue targets

    c.     Manage & Report on Sales Team Performance

    d.     Compensation/Commission planning

     

    2.     Build a high-performing team with a robust culture

    a.     Setting, tracking, analyzing, and reporting KPIs and metrics to measure performance and productivity

    b.     Coach & mentor a high producing sales team

    c.     Manage the recruiting, staffing and training programmes

    d.     Oversee key sales employee decisions and activities related to staffing, promotions, performance and career management

     

    3.     Build operational excellence with clear, repeatable, scalable sales processes

    a.     Devise sales enablement strategies and role

    b.     Create a repeatable process for onboarding new managers and sales reps

    c.     Build data and metrics accountability across the sales organisation

    d.     Work closely with the Head of Customer Success/Sales Support to ensure quality after-sales experience across Sales team and Sales Support team in a sustainable and scalable manner

    e.     Oversight and improved utilisation of sales CRM tool to document leads and projections; ensuring all leads are updated throughout the sales process.

    f.      Ongoing process improvements, recommendations and implementation of systems for better efficiency

     

    4.     Alignment to Business Goals

    a.     Drive sales performance across the platform

    b.     Develop and execute an account management strategy to drive adoption of the platform across the customer base

REQUIREMENTS

  • As a successful applicant, you will have:

    ·  8 years or more experience in B2B sales with at least 5 years in Singapore

    ·  Minimum 5 years in a leadership role

    ·  Expertise in crafting sales strategies to maximise limited resources

    ·  Expertise in identifying, qualifying and closing business

    ·  Strong collaborative player that believes in developing the strengths of the team

    ·  Excellent attitude and strong communication skills

    ·  An affinity to working in a build-test-learn environment
