The Client

KeyReply is an AI-powered patient engagement orchestrator that is revolutionizing the healthcare space by enabling Healthcare Providers and Insurers to engage with their customers across a variety of online platforms.

Do you have a passion for technology, specifically bots and messaging products? Do you enjoy solving problems for customers and have a "can do" and "customer first" attitude? If so, they are looking for you to join their Customer Success and Project Management team.

The role is based in Singapore.

Key Requirements

  • Driven, self-motivated, and enthusiastic individuals who are committed successful outcomes for both client and Key Reply

  • Have a strong academic record with a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

  • Strong communication and time management skills

  • About 1 to 2 years working experience and willing to learn and pivot.

No relevant experience? No worries! A buddy and mentor will be assigned to you to help navigate the organization and guide your development for the first 3-6 months. You will receive virtual training sessions, on-the-job development, personal development, and work on regional team projects.
