With CLIA-certified and CAP-accredited laboratories in California and Singapore, the company delivers advanced genomic testing solutions that enable personalized, data-driven cancer treatment. As the Director of Commercial, you will report directly to senior leadership and take the lead in driving regional commercial success—owning channel strategy, accelerating revenue growth, and fostering key partnerships across the healthcare ecosystem.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic distributor and channel strategies to drive regional market penetration and long-term growth.

  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial agreements that balance profitability with strategic value.

  • Manage distributor performance through sales forecasting, target-setting, and tailored incentive programs.

  • Align marketing and business development efforts with overarching commercial goals.

  • Identify new growth opportunities, including partnerships, joint ventures, and adjacent market segments.

  • Cultivate strong relationships with healthcare stakeholders, including providers, payers, and channel partners.

  • Oversee integration of services into healthcare networks and support product adoption.

  • Use data and analytics to track performance, optimize strategy, and ensure sustained commercial impact.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 10+ years of commercial leadership experience in healthcare, diagnostics, B2B, FMCG, or high-growth sectors.

  • Proven ability to structure successful distributor agreements and scale commercial operations.

  • Strong grasp of healthcare services trends, regulations, and channel dynamics.

  • Expertise in pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and revenue forecasting.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
