Director of Operations and Insights (SG) - 25E14
The Director of Operations will be a critical strategic partner responsible for driving operational excellence and team performance across the company's subscription and custom insights services. This role is ideal for a versatile professional with strong management skills and project management background.
Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize a team of 5-6 delivery professionals, including research analysts and project managers
Oversee both SaaS subscription services and custom research project delivery
Ensure consistently high-quality client deliverables across all service lines
Implement robust KPI and OKR frameworks to track team performance
Support business growth by streamlining operational processes
Act as a strategic interface between delivery teams and senior leadership
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing
Win business and deliver with high NPS scores across all projects
Requirements
5-10 years experience in a research, data or insights focused role
Exceptional team management skills
Entrepreneurial mindset with a results-oriented approach
Strong grasp of research methodologies across qualitative and quantitative domains
Advanced Excel proficiency including macros and VBA, and familiarity with Power BI and SPSS
Confident interpreting and communicating both qualitative and quantitative insights
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for both analytical and client-facing work
Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Gemini to support research or reporting tasks
Strong time management and prioritisation skills

Preferred Qualifications
