With multiple high-traffic outlets and a growing team, they pride themselves on a culture of excellence and authentic hospitality. As they enter a phase of strategic scaling, the CEO is looking for a high-caliber Executive Business Partner (EBP) to serve as a strategic "right hand."
This is a pivotal role that sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, and culture. You won’t just manage a calendar; you will be the glue that ensures the CEO’s vision is translated into operational reality across a fast-growing, multi-site organization.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic CEO Support: Act as the primary gatekeeper and advisor to the CEO. You will prioritize high-value initiatives, manage a complex calendar, and ensure the CEO’s time is strictly aligned with the company’s most critical goals.
Cross-Functional Orchestration: Serve as the central nervous system of the leadership office. You will track action items from executive meetings, ensuring that departments (Operations, Marketing, HR) remain aligned and projects move forward without friction.
Internal Communications & Culture: Lead the "voice" of the CEO’s office. You will draft company-wide announcements and coordinate high-impact engagement events, from Town Halls to seasonal staff appreciation initiatives, in partnership with HR.
Office & Systems Governance: Oversee the headquarters' operations and maintain the "source of truth" documentation (frameworks, trackers, and internal SOPs) that allows the business to scale efficiently.
Special Projects: Lead and execute ad-hoc strategic projects, translating broad ideas into structured, actionable plans.
Key Requirements
Experience: 3–5 years in business operations, executive support, or a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced or founder-led environment.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
Communication & Versatility: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a proven ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization. You should be comfortable code-switching seamlessly between high-level stakeholder management and engaging authentically with frontline operational teams.
Digital Proficiency: Highly comfortable using leading-edge technology and productivity tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Project Management software) to drive efficiency and maintain organized internal systems.
Discretion: A high level of professionalism and the ability to handle sensitive information with integrity.
Organization: Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously without losing focus.
