Chief Marketing Officer (SG) - Education Institution [22P13]
Our client is a leading education centre for preschool, primary, secondary and junior college students. They operate in Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand and will be working on setting up next in another few more markets in South East Asia.
We are currently in search of a creative and dynamic Chief Marketing Officer to challenge current marketing plans and lead their next phase of growth. If you have extensive experience scaling a consumer brand, this role is for you!
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be accountable for defining the brand and driving growth through various marketing activities and campaigns as well as play a key role in the product evolution for the region.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Reinvent current marketing plans and develop new aggressive strategies for new growth initiatives for the region.
Work closely with the leadership team to build a vision and story for the brand in its next phase of growth
Lead the marketing team to expand the reach to new markets and consumer segments
Build and develop the marketing team
Responsible for revenue growth, marketing investment decisions, strategic direction for the region and team engagement and development
REQUIREMENTS
A good university degree with minimum of 8 years of integrated marketing experience for a consumer brand with a digital platform
Strong understanding of brand building and marketing fundamentals
Strong business acumen
An experienced digital marketing team lead with experience working in multifunctional organizations
