Based in Singapore, this role reports directly to the CEO and spans corporate strategy, special projects, investments, and select family office initiatives. RESPONSIBILITIES
Serve as a trusted advisor and execution partner to the CEO across corporate strategy, transformation, and cross-border initiatives.
Lead strategic projects that advance the company’s next-generation food systems, including AI integration, circularity initiatives, and sustainable infrastructure.
Identify and execute on M&A and partnership opportunities that align with the company’s ambitions to expand across domains and geographies.
Conduct market mapping, due diligence, and deal structuring for potential investments and partnerships.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to evaluate, negotiate, and integrate strategic acquisitions.
Oversee investment-related activities for the family office ie sourcing, evaluating, and managing opportunities aligned with long-term value creation.
Align C-suite and Board stakeholders across initiatives, balancing strategic priorities with pragmatic execution.
Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of high-impact special projects from concept to implementation.
Deliver robust research, financial analysis, and strategic recommendations to support decision-making at the CEO and Board level.
REQUIREMENTS
8–10 years of experience in strategy, consulting, corporate development, investment banking, or principal investing.
Demonstrated experience leading M&A or partnership-driven growth initiatives, ideally with cross-border exposure in Southeast Asia.
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills; fluency in investment evaluation frameworks and deal execution.
Proven ability to manage high-stakes projects independently, with excellent stakeholder management skills.
Strategic yet hands-on operator, capable of toggling between vision setting and day-to-day delivery.
Smart, curious, and humble—with the cultural fluency to operate effectively in a Southeast Asian corporate environment.
