Our multi-product platform offers AI-enabled ordering, delivery enablement, payments, and POS software to empower mom-and-pop restaurants. Backed by a passionate team we’ve supported nearly 20 million customers and achieved 5x revenue growth in three years. We are now seeking a Head of Growth & Strategy, reporting directly to the CEO, to lead our sales expansion and drive market dominance. This role is critical to our next chapter of scaling and operational excellence. It is a full-time, onsite role based in Kuala Lumpur /

What You’ll Do:

  • Design, execute, and continuously optimize a scalable GTM (go-to-market) playbook for Account Executives (AEs), SDRs, and Sales Managers.

  • Overhaul the onboarding program and establish clear, measurable performance expectations for every level of the sales organization.

  • Lead and mentor a high-performance team culture, building leadership capabilities and fostering collaboration across all sales functions.

  • Directly drive the team toward consistent client onboarding of 90+ new accounts monthly while aggressively growing revenue.

  • Serve as a critical bridge between Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to build robust pipelines, ensure accurate forecasting, and integrate customer feedback.

  • Set the bar by becoming a top-performing seller yourself within the first six months, establishing best practices by example.

  • Invest heavily in people development: provide coaching via live feedback, call reviews, and personalized growth plans.

  • Build scalable systems and processes that allow our teams to consistently achieve quota, with 70% of team members hitting targets at any given time.

Your First Year Success Will Look Like:

  • Revamp and scale the sales playbook from first principles.

  • Hit 90+ client onboardings per month through a well-oiled sales machine.

  • Become a top 3 sales performer to deeply understand the customer and set standards.

  • Build an SDR and AE team where the majority consistently meet or exceed quotas.

  • Create a seamless feedback loop between sales, prospective clients, and product development to continuously sharpen our offerings.

About You:

  • Exceptional written communication skills; comfortable persuading and educating through long-form writing.

  • A coach and a player — you're not afraid to jump on calls and lead from the front.

  • Proven track record of scaling teams and exceeding aggressive targets through others.

  • Strong cross-functional collaborator who proactively removes barriers to success.

  • Highly driven, ambitious, and never content with the status quo.

  • Experienced in being a vital voice to product development, translating frontline insights into actionable changes.

  • Fluent in English and Mandarin.

  • Deep expertise in solution-based SaaS sales, Salesforce CRM, and sales automation tools.
