Based at their headquarters in Singapore, this role is critical in shaping an extraordinary workplace culture and ensuring their teams are inspired, empowered, and future-ready.
What You’ll Do:
Talent Strategy
Partner closely with the Board to conceptualize and execute bold, industry-leading people practices.
Design initiatives to amplify the adoption of cultural values and the company’s mission across all levels.
Create programs that attract, retain, and develop top talent, balancing strategic impact with operational cost-efficiency.
Clearly communicate strategic priorities, embracing a “fewer but Bolder, Better” initiatives mindset.
Develop succession plans and minimize key-person risk across leadership roles.
Benchmark compensation and benefits offerings to ensure competitiveness and a differentiated employee value proposition.
Advise Venue Leaders on manpower planning, performance management, and leadership development.
Talent Acquisition
Lead the Talent Acquisition team with a strategic, high-impact approach, ensuring best-in-class recruiting practices and candidate experiences.
Build and nurture strong relationships with universities and key external hiring channels.
Personally conduct senior-level screening interviews.
Talent Development
Create and refine development modules tailored to different staff levels, including the Leaders Training Programme.
Enhance performance review processes, tying them to customized growth and goal-setting frameworks.
Coach Venue Leaders to manage underperformance with a kind yet firm approach, backed by clear development milestones.
Talent Operations
Build robust systems to deliver operational excellence across payroll, onboarding, offboarding, promotions, and performance management.
Oversee accurate, secure, and timely group-wide payroll processing, proactively mitigating risks.
Review and optimize HR technology systems to support business needs.
Lead the implementation of group-wide recognition programs and ensure compliance with all HR regulations and labor laws.
