The Role
As HR Business Partner, you will bridge operational needs with people strategy, ensuring that the brand’s culture remains strong as the business scales. This role balances high-level people operations with hands-on coordination of recruitment, regulatory compliance, and internal HR systems.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR & Operations: Partner with leadership to ensure people practices are structured, compliant, and aligned with business growth.
Talent Acquisition: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for full-time roles, including drafting Job Descriptions and managing platforms like Workstream and Careersfuture.
Team Oversight: Support and provide guidance to the HR & Admin Assistant, who manages part-time hiring and basic onboarding.
Foreign Worker Administration: Oversee work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations, while monitoring foreign worker quotas.
Statutory Compliance: Ensure accurate and timely submissions for CPF, IRAS (IR21, IR8A), and government-paid leave schemes (maternity/childcare etc).
Payroll & Documentation: Act as the central liaison for payroll queries with external partners and maintain the Employee Handbook and SOPs.
Employee Lifecycle: Manage employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit interviews and to synthesize insights for leadership.
Key Requirements
Experience: 5+ years of experience in HR operations, business partnering, or people management.
Language Proficiency: Must be able to speak, read, and write Mandarin.
Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of Singapore employment regulations and MOM compliance.
Systems Expertise: Familiarity with government portals (CorpPass, OFWAS) and HRIS for tracking leave, payroll, and employee records.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Soft Skills: A professional and discreet approach to handling confidential information with a solutions-oriented mindset.
Mindset: A "roll-up-your-sleeves" attitude with a passion for building communities and nurturing talent in a fast-paced environment.
