The Role
They are looking for a proactive and people-centric HR Business Partner to join their team. You will play a critical role in bridging operational needs with people strategy, ensuring that the brand’s culture remains strong as the business scales. This is a hands-on role that balances high-level strategy with day-to-day employeeengagement.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR: Partner with department heads to provide guidance on organizational design, manpower planning, and performance management.
Talent Management: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for both frontline operations and corporate functions, ensuring a high standard of talent acquisition.
Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, resolving grievances and fostering a positive, inclusive work environment.
Culture & Engagement: Design and implement initiatives that drive employee retention, morale, and alignment with the brand’s core values.
Policy Development: Lead the review and enhancement of HR policies, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and industry best practices.
Learning & Development: Identify skills gaps and coordinate training programs to support career progression within the retail and F&B sectors.
Key Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 5–8 years in an HR Generalist or HRBP role, preferably within the F&B, Retail, or Hospitality industries.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of local employment acts and labor regulations.
Digital Fluency: Highly comfortable adopting and optimizing leading-edge technology (ATS, HRIS, and AI-driven productivity tools etc) to streamline workflows, enhance data-driven decision-making, and improve the overall employee experience.
Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Mindset: A "roll-up-your-sleeves" attitude with a passion for building communities and nurturing talent in a fast-paced environment.
Education: A Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
